 I just love the lil piglets! Ed is the master. Mine are the fishes and doraemons, shaped from the molds that I bought at the market. I cant wait to bake these again. .. 3 more weeks to go!

Ha! The first thing I ate after being discharged from the hospital was this. Every bite was worth it.

Spaghetti Pesto

My replacement chef cooked this as I was too tired to cook. Kids love this and only Ed knows how to make this to their expectations. Ehh.... not for me though. I guess I can now hang up my apron.

They gave him a score of 10/10.

Bread & Curry

I love dipping bread into curry. This is one of my favourite food specially on a rainy day.

Roast Chicken - Percik Style

Roasted this Percik style chicken last Sunday and it was a hit with the kids. They love it so much that they said I am Master Chef material and asked me to join Asia Master Chef. LOL... looks like we have been watching too much of Australia Master Chef.

Blend below ingredients into paste and marinate the chicken with the paste overnite.
- Ginger
- Shallots
- Lemongrass
- Garlic
- Kunyit
- Red Chillies
- Belacan
(Add salt & honey or sugar to the paste)

Special Nasi Lemak

A colleague bought me this packet of nasi lemak! Super yummy. Today is where the word DIET is not in my vocabulary.

Bak Chang @ Glutinous Rice Dumpling

Made these few weeks back. I am better at time management this time. Started at 930pm and completed the wrapping process by 11pm. Finished the boiling process by 2am. Yielded 26 changs.

Fries

I would say MacD fries are not as good as it used to be. We did not finish it. It lacks the 'oomph' taste ... the taste that made you go for more.

Saw this at the market this morning. The seller told me this is 'Huat Chai Chio' (Prosperity Banana).

I bought it coz I wanted to show the boys. They were fascinated an called 'giant' banana.
