This was never in the plan. Just thought of it this afternoon and decided to bake some with the help of our 2 elves ; )

Christmas baking list

1 more week.... not really.... I only have today and next Saturday to bake before Christmas (and of course weekdays if I am up to it).

What to bake
1. Fruit cake (in progress)
2. Choc cake
3. Choc Chips cookies
4. Gingerbread man cookies

Gosh this is so last minute..... blame it on MBA  : )

Hokkein prawn mee @ the green house, Burma rd.

its so nice to eat at a place where there is no obnoxious aunty/uncle telling you that you hv to wait 30mins to be served and then see them serve "gold-card-telephone-customers" first when you've been sitting there for more than 1/2 hr already.

the prawn noodles at the green house was pretty good compared to the rest of the competitors in georgetown.

the soup was sweet and full of flavor.

and we were served within 5minutes of ordering, eventhough the place was packed.

I took pride in my spaghetti ... N the man went & bought this! It is like asking for chilly sauce when the chef is Ramsay ; )

I am actually curious too to know how it taste like.

3 layered jelly

Woke up at 2am this morning with the intention of completing my OB term paper but ended up making this.

Top layer - brown sugar
Middle layer - milk
Bottom layer - chocolate
