Meatballs
This is so easy to make and you can make it in a jiffy. Since I have ~300g of minced meat in the fridge, decided to turn them into meatballs as it is the easiest :)
For soy sauce, I used Heng Lee Sauce aka Rose brand soy sauce. This is the best soy sauce in the market. Locally made and worth every cent of your money. There was an article about it on Star in September 2008. Could not find the official website of the company. You can get it anywhere at your local market dry stalls or at Sunshine (could not find it at Tesco or Giant) and the price shud be no more than RM6.50.
Ingredient:
300g minced meat
1 small onions (cut into cubes)
3 shitake mushroom (soak in water before cutting them into cubes)
2 tablespoon Heng Lee soy sauce or any brand of soy sauce (depends on your liking)
1 teaspoon of Maggi perencah nasi goreng or powder chicken stock
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and roll it into balls (sizes according to your liking). Bake in oven (preheat the oven) in 180C for about 20mins.
