I have been busy trying out some new baking recipes.... moving a step up the ladder with choc banana cake, black forest, american chocolate and lemon meringue pie.
To me it is all about the cake and not the decoration hence Naked Cakes. However like many others... I have fallen into fondant decorating :)
So many demands.... Thomas, Buzz Lightyear, Mickey, Spencer....and etc.
