Sweet and sour flower crabs with mantou
Black pepper crab and flower crabs

The flower crabs are easier to eat and pick at.
Also Much meatier and absorb more flavor
I seem to remember mum cooking this rather than the normal brown hard shell crabs
Oh ya.. service was slow and they took a while to tell us that the normal hard shelled crabs were out of stock.
