elpea was experimenting with making tart crusts and out of the blue came up with the lychee filling. well, also we had leftover canned lcyhee from CNY.
she filled the tarts with the lychee, chocolate syrup and toppped it off with rainbow sprinkles.
tastewise, the lychee actually complements the sweetness of the crust and the chocolate syrup.yummy.
