Spaghetti olio with tuna

Normally, I would make this in a pot or pan but this time I used a claypot instead. It worked quite well actually. This is a very simple dish than can be done in around 30minutes
As usual start off with the olive oil in the pan (or pot). Add the chopped onions, garlic, and mushroom. If you’ve made spaghetti olio before you’ll know that the oil is not supposed to be “spitting” hot. It should be on medium heat so that you can let the garlic/onion slowly brown. Once they’ve browned, you can add in the shredded tuna. In the meantime, boil the spaghetti. Once it’s cooked, drain and pour the spaghetti in with the garlic, onions, mushrooms and tuna. Toss evenly in the pan for a couple more minutes and serve hot.
You can sprinkle coarse black pepper or cayenne pepper as well. By the way I don’t eat this, I prefer bolognaise version. Only ed eats the olio version.
