Moist Chocolate Cake - my standard

I have a very high standard for chocolate cake. I wud only eat moist chocolate cake and the moisture must be really moist! So I am now in my quest looking for the best moist chocolate recipe. To date I have tried 4 recipes and so far only 1 met my expectations. Last night I made one which called for 1 cup of stout. Well, it turn out to be good but still not what I want. Hopefully I will find the recipe soon else it will be chocolate cake week after week...LOL.

Meatballs with carrots & mushrooms

As usual we had leftover minced meat and since Ed loves meatballs, I quickly whipped up a batch. Its actually very fast to make and it took me around 30minutes from start to finish. As usual, I'm not one for frying food with oil so the meatballs were baked in the oven instead. Its healthier, ok...!! So, today's recipe is : Meatballs with carrots and mushrooms Ingredients: 250g minced meat Half a carrot shredded 5 shitake mushrooms sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons chicken stock powder 1 tablespoon corn flour as binding agent Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180C degrees 2. Put meat in a bowl. With your hands blend the meat, carrot, mushrooms, soy sauce, and chicken stock powder. 3. Add in the corn flour and continue blending with your hands. 4. Shape mixture into balls. Makes around 9 meatballs 5. Place in baking pan and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
